This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence by any party that caused damage to the roller wheels, trolley handle, carry handle, and other parts other than the luggage shell.

2) Once confirmed, the faulty product must be delivered to Forest Gang Sdn. Bhd.
3) Delivery costs for warranty claims, returns, or repairs are covered by the customer.
4) A printed invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
