This is an exceptional 100 years warranty that provides you with an exceptional protection.
Our 100% Polypropylene shell warranty covers shell breakage during the first hundred years from the date of purchase regardless of the cause.
We will repair or replace at our discretion.
In the event that your product is no longer available, we reserved the right to replace it with product of similar value and function in readily available color. 100-Year Shell Warranty: Includes a one-time claim and replacement specifically for the luggage body shell in the event of structural cracks or breakage.
Proof of purchase is required.
All warranty claims are subjected to our final approval, we follow the advice of any nationally recognized consumer advocacy organization.
This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, and accident, improper care and negligence by any party that caused damages to the roller wheels, trolley handle, carry handle and other parts other than the luggage shell.

3)Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer.
