Care guidelines
To clean the surface of the luggage, mixture of mild soap/detergent with water is recommended for normal cleaning.
For persistent stains, buyer can try to use isopropyl alcohol or a melamine sponge.
For luggage interior, buyer can use vacuum cleaner or washcloth to clean it.
Cedar-scented ball and a moisture absorber can be put into the luggage to sustain freshness duringstorage.

Damage During Transport
If the luggage is damaged while traveling with airline or train, buyer is advised to file a report with the related party as soon as you arrive at your destination. Some airlines have limited 24-hour claim window, kindly not to leave the arrival/baggage claim area before the matter is addressed and voice out the damage issue to the airlines since they are responsible for damaging your luggage. Taking action within 24-hour will greatly increase the chances of successfully claim from the Airlines.
Luggage’s Body Shell Warranty Claim (100 YEAR WARRANTY)
Kindly keep the report provided by airlines and bring back to us for 1 to 1 exchange if the luggage body shell is crack or broken. If your specific model is no longer available, we’ll replace it with something of equal value and function, in a readily available color. 100-Year Shell Warranty: Includes a one-time claim and replacement specifically for the luggage body shell in the event of structural cracks or breakage.
Luggage’s Wheels and Handle Warranty Claim (2 YEAR WARRANTY)
Physical/ Softcopy report provided by airline is not required for wheels or handle warranty claim. Buyer is only required to provide order id or invoice as proof will do. If there’s defects of wheels or handle, buyer can bring back the luggage back to our warehouse, or we will ship the necessary spare parts and self-service repair instructions (Postage Fee is not included in the warranty).

Customers are responsible for all delivery costs for warranty claims, returns, or repairs.
A printed invoice is required as proof of purchase.
Warranty is not applicable when:
Proof of purchase is lost, defaced, illegible
If the purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller
Unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made.
Product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, or refurbished.
Product was imported without permission
